  • Maximum 45 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor (S1) in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering, or Management/ Business.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in selling industrial coating & lining products.
  • Have a strong leadership to lead the sales team to execute budget and prices.
  • Strong track records showing increase sales growth in previous company.
  • Persistent, good leadership, strong sales skill, negotiation, conflict management, strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Good networking, effective communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fast-learner, able to work under pressure, target oriented, good interpersonal skill, and highly motivated to achieve target.
  • Fluent in English Language (writing and speaking) and mandarin
  • Willing to Travel.
  • Based in Jawa Barat (near pelabuhan ratu) is a plus

Job Descriptions:

  • Actively involved in day to day sales activity, lead, and direct regional sales team to look for a business opportunity.
  • Evaluate market condition, look for new customers, and new markets.
  • Maintain relationship with existing port companies, and its owner.
  • Plan and execute sales budget
  • Capable of conducting technical presentations.
  • Work with overseas principal.
  • Prepare presentation and proposal to meet tender requirements.
  • Expand new market to get new customers.
  • Keep contact and relationship with Principals.
  • Coordinate and solving all problems that may occur related to all complaints from customer, or principal.
  • Check and set the prices/ specifications inquiries from the sales, Regional Manager and direct customer.
  • Being a problem solver to all customer’s complaints according to regulations that is given by the General Manager/ Company.
  • Making and implemented KPI according to targets that is being sets.
  • Making and take a look of team’s daily report.
  • In charge of all team’s activity
  • Reviewing team’s work weekly and monthly.
