Secretary to Director


Responsibility :

  • Prepares and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
  • Business email management, scheduling, and calendaring.
  • Develop and maintain contacs list, agendas, meeting scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conference and travel documents.
  • Take, type and distribute minute of meetings.
  • Preparing presentation material.
  • Arranging and confirming arrangements .

Qualifications :

  • Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree, majoring Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Have knowledge of pc skill ( Power Point, Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Email, etc ).
  • Experience in the same field for minimum 2 years.
  • Personal character ; trustworthy, diligent, good communication skill, good looking.
