Secretary to Director
- Prepares and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
- Business email management, scheduling, and calendaring.
- Develop and maintain contacs list, agendas, meeting scheduling.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference and travel documents.
- Take, type and distribute minute of meetings.
- Preparing presentation material.
- Arranging and confirming arrangements .
- Female, max. 35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree, majoring Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Have knowledge of pc skill ( Power Point, Ms. Office, Ms. Word, Email, etc ).
- Experience in the same field for minimum 2 years.
- Personal character ; trustworthy, diligent, good communication skill, good looking.
